Adventure #1 begins soon.
For those that don't know, I'll be leaving DC for Bozeman, MT on June 25th to present my capstone and finish my masters (YAY!).
And then the real fun begins! We finally got all the flights squared away for Thailand. It's going to be a whirlwind 3 days of travel to make it to the Elephant Nature Park.
June 30th - Bozeman --> Boston (change planes twice) - arrive late on the 30th
July 1st - Boston --> Minneapolis
Minneapolis --> Tokyo (12 hours of flying but 26 hours of "time")
July 2nd Tokyo --> Bangkok
July 3rd Bangkok --> Chiang Mai
Chiang Mai --> Elephant Nature Park (by bus)
I'm not sure quite how I'll survive it in general and then add a handful of students on top of that. Should start the trip off with a bang! So excited though!
